They kind of annoyed me today. I use epass for a lot of things and like it. I have never had a problem with them before, but this kind of pisses me off. When you go to their page that tells you what docs you need you download a document and fill it out then scan it and upload it. On that document it gives you two options as far as what other docs you need to upload. I picked option 2 because it was easiest. Scanned and uploaded the docs and send them a message letting them know it is done. They reply back that I still have to upload all the other stuff they want. Why? Why give 2 options if you have to do both?
For those that have done this when you scan your checking account statement did you black out all the amounts and numbers other than your name and the account number? I'm going to. They can verify, fine, but it is none of their business how much (or little) money I have in the account. If you did this did they accept it? Also I don't even have a credit card so I can't give them a credit card statement. I wrote them and told them all this. It should be interesting to see what they say.
