hulk did buy him alcohol and let him drive after drinking, granted his bac was low i'm sure they gave him plenty of time before they administered the test...that combined with his shitty driving and street racing, has proven he shouldn't be behind the wheel of a powerfull car or pretty much any car because he is that stupid and irresponsible...the general public recognized this long ago and hulk should have as well...you can stick up for nick i imagine because he is a kid and kids will do as kids will do...i understand that and did the same dumb shit myself...but hulk is an adult and should be held responsible for supporting his sons reckless behavior...and yes buying children alcohol and letting them drive pretty much is saying "go race my car and crash and turn your friend into a vegetable (or some innocent bystander or motorist)" imo.
