As far as the tapes. I'm sure people will say "public record" well I don't see anyone elses tapes being put out there. Unless Nick is the only one in Hillsborrough County jail. Doubtful. A county employee had to be the one getting the tape out and I'm sure he's being paid. Shouldn't the TAXPAYERS of that county be getting that money?

I agree with you. It always bothers me that victims get a free ride when they may be just as responsible for the incident.
But the tape is free. All you have to do is request it from the county. Freedom of Information Act allows it. Hogan's attorneys should have made that clear to them before they started yapping on the phone.
