And because it is related to their ethnic background, it would involve some form discrimination with the charge. Atleast in Canada, fairly sure you're somewhat out of the KKK ages now in the US, although it still exists. That Jerry Springer episode was hilarious.

                                                    What you should do in that situation is ask them to leave. If they don't, then they are tresspassing, so then you'd call the police. Of course with your logic I'm sure you'd beat the fucking hell out of any tresspassers off your property.

                                                                                                    If you want to get technical, if you kicked them, or pushed them off your property without warning or notice first - especially when it is an open party, would be assault regardless. If you assault them for the reason of them being a certain way, that is discrimination, I never mentioned racism being a factor. If the people didn't get off and were causing problems, damaging things etc. (you getting pissed off is not a legitimate problem), then you'd call the police and have them removed, and you could probably charge them with tresspassing. If it was your property, and you said no tresspassing, I believe with laws in the US you'd be able to shoot them, after warning shots. But being an open party, that would be nullified.
