Can someone please start a searchable database that webmasters can add customers names/emails/address to when they signup and chargeback. I have caught nearly a dozen fraudlent signups this year where the person had signed up in the past and also charged back. There needs to be a blacklist for this kind of thing. These scammer surfers are not stupid but apparently there banks are and are letting them continue to get away with this.
(and yes, I send these signups to ccbills fraud dept.)
