                                          Real good question ... but too bad the answer is simple. When they make those keypads, they make them all the same and in mass quanity. It would cost more money to make keypads without the dots.

                                                          my girlfriend says its for people to walk up to (why not just go inside is my question) or if the passanger is blind (why not just let the driver do it?)
