Absolute minimum of 50 gig of bandwidth but would prefer a sliding scale to upto 200 gigs, I don't need much hard disk, 1-2 gigs would do. Shared IP's doesn't matter, must have SSH access with perl and ability to install perl modules if they aren't installed (most are standard).
