              The only thing that sucks about a gift card is you can't 'upgrade' out of it being a gift card. You can pay to have the limits raised, but it's still a gift card.

                  my friend has asked me to make a gift account for him

                  but the question is - can his address (and the address where the card will come) be a PO box ?
                  I don't use ICQ anymore.
