Yes I lost one of my brothers on the 94th floor of the south tower. Moussoui should have gotten the death sentence yesterday. My brother had no choice ... some idiotic jury allows these murderers to live.

But thats a whole other topic and not related to my death.

Still checking with my insurance companies to see if I am dead or not.

I did email the admin of the other forum but I have word he's at a conference so this cannot get straightened out yet.

for those who messaged me late last night sorry I couldn't answer I am not at my computer as much as I used to.

I have had to quit smoking, and my meds I am on to keep me alive makes sure I sleep 10 hours a day. Welchol, Phenobarbital, Valium, Catapress, etc etc etc ... they tend to wear a person down.

I have a core group of customers I am getting their work caught up on. I am not taking on any new clients at this time. Thus the reason I have not been around GFY.


Now for some advice to you webmasters.

As I stated yesterday had things gone another way last month these threads about my death could have been true. This was caused by my lifestyle.

Stressing over making sure every customer was happy. I cannot do that anymore. Now I make sure I have more people working for me to make sure I am not the only one stressing. The stress level was so high my lood pressure was 190/140 anybody that knows how to interpret those numbers can tell you I was in the range of a massive stroke. My blood pressure now runs at 126/82 it's not perfect yet but it's out of the stroke zone.

Eating right, When I started in the web business in 1994 I weighed 180 pounds. Those of you that have met me since 1999 know I grew to much more than that. As of last month I was 324 pounds. I am now down to 292 and I am now making sure I am taking all the steps to reduce this weight further. I have cut out soda, chips, hamburgers, all fast foods, pizza, and much much more.

In fact all I drink now is water. And lots of it.

Sitting in front of the computer. The amount of time I sat in front of this computer was staggering. I would sit here for days on end non stop without sleep. I no longer do this. I make sure if I sit in front of the computer now I set a timer for 2 hours. After the 2 hours is up I go outside. I take a walk to the local store 1/4 mile away which is downhill to the store and uphill back. I go down and buy myself a water. This regiment has taken 32 pounds off me in a month.

This business has many dangers to peoples health. Just because it's a cushy sit at home and work when you want for most of you don't think your health cannot be adversly affected. Heed these warnings. Make sure you take time for eating right and excersize everyday.

Oh yeah the best snack food sitting at a computer? Celery. It's nutritious, It keeps you full, and you actually burn more calories eating it than it has in it. So if you eat celery as a snack you won't gain any weight from it.

Now I am not saying I don't care about my customers, Of course I do. I'm just saying I'm taking steps to insure I will be here for them for many years to come.
