The suing part is not realy what I am afraid of.

I am just a sucker for sad stories lol I am losing my son if they find my pics, I will loose my job if they find out, I will........ etc!

Someone even called me cruel today lol as I told her she should have thought about it when she started and we wouldn't take 'm down.

On the other hand, I always think that an 18 year old is not old enough to make such a huge decission (like going into porn).

Ithey do decide to take you to court over it. They should pay lawer costs, court fees, and settlement money. You can't make a decision that's going to influence you life in one way or the other, and not expect consiquences!!

if they signed the legal documents. then those photos are yours - its the price you pay when you allow yourself to be a nude model. speak to the many hollywood actresses who regret photos taken of them when they were younger because they needed the money.

they have no legal recourse on you - unless they are prepared to offer some strong compensation - why be a fool?

On one hand I say hey fuck 'm its their choice but on the other hand I sometimes feel they don't know what they are doing at that age.
