Alright Amp - I guess I am losing my mind... I went to icq.com and searched everywhere for this thing and nothing. I did a search for "plus" and "gemini" and "skins" and kept getting the same damn bullshit sites....
If you can give me a direct link to the download you will be my hero. I'm one of those guys that has to change my desktop theme all the time cuz I can't stand looking at the same colors everyday... I am really sick of looking at the same old icq.

In that same contest, another person held up morning traffic on main street at a busy intersection for 9 light-changes! (cars were backed up for miles), and a rather pretty young girl rode a mountain bike down Portage Avenue naked for the contest. She was arrested, made the news accross Canada she did.
It was all very....interesting for a good few months. Hey! There can be two "Heywood Jablowme's" right? I mean, how many guys named "Smith" are there?
