    Newegg sales top $1.3 Billion

    Did anyone else know this? I just read it. That is an absolutely incredible figure for a single merchant. I remember when they first came online, and I was ordering a ton of stuff from them. Their service has always been top notch. If you figure they make at least 10% margin, that's $130m profit. INSANE!

          I just bought my new laptop from them 2 days ago! It's amazing, I remember when they had like 3 or 4 locations in the greater seattle area. Back then they were "egghead software". I was like 8...lol

                          Yeah, I remember drooling over the Wildcat BBS software whenever I went into Egghead. LOL Thinking about how I could take over the world with that shit... hahaha

                              My bad...somebody told me once that one of the guys who started egghead created the e-merchant newegg...oh well, i'll never listen to that fool again.
