damn, you only smoked those for 4 hrs? they look good, but not black enough
i do a similar style, okok - except i smoke 'em for about 7-8hrs, slower & less heat. i soak pork sholders/butts in brine the night before.
and i use bad byron butt rub. thats badass shit.
