I wouldnt buy someone tits. If they really want them they should put in the effort and save some money to get them themself.
I have a friend in SoCal who said she can get implants for 3.5k. That sounds very low to me. I have done some research on the topic myself.
This is what I found:
under the muscle is more money
surgery in a hospital vs a surgical center = more money
silicone is more than saline
different profile implants cost different amounts (high profile is more than round)
of course the doctors fee will depend on how much your doctor charges and can vary greatly in different states and for different skill level surgeons.
You also have to make sure they will fix complications free of charge. I see too many girls walking around with a uniboob and they don't even know it. The complications are almost always worse then the original boobs.
I think it would be between 6k & 12k but maybe you could get saline for 4 or 5k if you are really frugal.
Of course I wouldn't be frugal with surgery.
