I find it almost abusive that any adult would put those kinds of thoughts into a 17 year olds head. I read through a few of the posts and that one kids sounded so tortured by what is a natural thing. The kids sounded damn near suicidal and I am sure whatever people guiding his life will not get the proper help for him.
I was raised Roman Catholic and my parents were both very religious. I was lucky that both of them did not take everything literally and taught me that you treat others as you want to be treated, live honorably and that it is not our job to sit in judgement of someone else.
