Debbie as mentioned above several times the host you are with are scum basically and small time resellers at best. You need to move to a Real host with a long proven track record for excellent pricing and even more important than price is Support. I can recommend

I have been with several of the so called best hosts that post here and about 3 yrs ago I had issues, so i was recommended to techieMedia here on gfy and ever since I moved to them ALL my hosting problems went away.
