It's gravel, and obviously the homeless guy by your office doesnt live on a couple hundred acres... Unless that RITZY hood your office is in has a LOT of alleys...

Our homeless only walk on top of the line leaves ... and he does live in a nature reserve here on the island by the office .. in fact it just caught fire last Thursday and about 15-20 acres burned ... i think he was clearing land so he can put in a lake ...

I can fire machine guns if I want. Trust me, theres PLENTY of room lol. 200 acres of mine, bordered on 3 sides by non public access (allegedly) state forest.
