if its legal to have small amounts of formerly illegal drugs like pot, coke, etc... how is one supposed to legally aquire them in mexico? Only with idiots is it of any relevance whether Mexico "legalises" drugs or not - it's only the idiots who will be using/abusing anyways and these are the people who throw money to drug cartels.
The concept of dumping "users" is not new and already a policy or law in several other countries where they prefer to devote resources to the top of the drug tree - and it appears to be working.
Even within the US, DEA agents don't really give a shit about "users" - they are interested in more relevant fish in the pond.
Whether Mexico actually successfully clips down the drug tree remains to be seen tho...XXX TLD's - Another mosquito to swat.Comment
