I don't like fake tits either, natural is ALMOST always best but you have to be aware that not everyone who has fake tits got them because they have low self-esteem. implants are medical devices used for reconstruction. Reconstruction of cancer and deformities, to balance extreme asymmetry. I don't think you should assume that because a woman has breast implants she is the woman with low self-esteem, maybe she is the woman who was born with some crazy asymmetric breasts where she had to put a sock in her shirt to look normal
, ok not funny. Maybe she had a baby and her tits were like small, deflated balloons....
that aside, silicone feels pretty good from my experience, it is the saline (aka salt water) that is like a walter balloon.
I can't stand women with a perfect A or B who ruins their body with implants though, big minus. A's can be beautiful if they have a good shape. shape is actually more important than size imo.
