I registered my indignation at the *tactics* used when it first came out that the initial phone call of complaint was a blatant hoax.
Now the texas court has ruled that CPS had no right to remove any of the children because they failed to prove that any of them were in "imminent danger".
Blunders are bigger in Texas. Hate to say it if crimes and abuse were happening. But for fucks sake, you have to be able to PROVE it to a court.
