Not sure if he steals jokes, but I have to tell you comics borrowing each others material has been going on since vaudeville.
Sorry I'm not sure I've heard any other comic use the term beaner and such. I mean I've seen any comic of substance that has come out in the last 30 years perform stand up on some format so I'm pretty familiar with everyone.
