    My boy got to eat on his own for the first time...

    And naturally, a mess quickly followed! But man, what a happy boy.... every child loves to get into their food!







    Keep in mind that he's only 9 months old. Handling a spoon is a little tricky at that age.

                                                              Enjoy it while you can, they grow up fast. My son is almost 18 and it seems like only yesterday he was my little buddy. I'm already looking forward to being a grandfather just to have one of those little bundles of joy in my life.

                                                                                          Thanks everyone, and yes... we had thoughts right out of the gate about his potential as a magazine/commercial baby. He has the look.

                                                                                          Even if we did have the means to get him into it, we're not entirely sure we'd want to. That path ends badly for far to many children who get into it, in my opinion.

                                                                                                      StuartD if you are wanting to do ads for your baby do it while they are young
                                                                                                      we thought about it for our daugther and we tried it once and she got a local baby store ad
                                                                                                      and then we did another one for a store and got an ad for there brand of baby food

                                                                                                      best thing is - they dont pay you in cash ... 99% of the time it is a college funds and with the baby food ad we did she got like 1500$ in free baby food / items.
