Porn Valley- I spoke to Ava Vincent Tuesday night and she was telling me she was filing a police report on Dillan Lauren. Lauren and Vincent had words on a set earlier Tuesday which was being shot for an episode of Family Business. Vincent claims Showtime not only didn't pay her but videotaped her argument with Lauren that escalated into punches being thrown by Lauren. Vincent says it began with Lauren accusing Vincent of stealing some of her clothes. Venus also got on the phone and corroborated details of what happened.

Vincent said she first saw Lauren on a set about a month ago and thought that she was beautiful. Vincent's opinion has since changed. The clothes incident began when Vincent showed up on another set and Lauren was already there. Vincent brought her suitcase of clothes and the company that shot her- DVSX started pulling out her clothes, according to Vincent. "And I was pulling out of my clothes everywhere, too." In the process of tidying up, Vincent says some of Lauren's clothes apparently got put in her suitcase by accident. Vincent said it was a pair of sweats and a top. Vincent says she even told Lauren to make sure that none of her clothes were taken by accident.

"I had my stuff everywhere and other people were picking up my stuff." Then, according to Vincent, Lauren told her, "You stole my fucking clothes. I'm like, I didn't. Why would I tell you to go through my suitcase. You're free to go through this. I didn't take anything of yours." Vincent thought that was the end of it but people on the set thought it was weird that Lauren would make such a stink.

Then today, Vincent got on the set of an 8 girl orgy. "I'm trying to find a bikini to wear and this girl [Lauren] is making comments to me," says Vincent. "Rude comments. I was half an hour late." Vincent said she was almost out the door when she got a call to arrive wearing makeup. That's what caused her to be late. "It took a little time to get the makeup on. But there were other girls who were much later- like an hour late." According to Vincent, Lauren started getting a little pointed with her comments about Vincent being late. "That fuckin' figures," Lauren is supposed to have said when Vincent explained why she was late.

Lauren then called Vincent "a porn slut," according to Vincent. "Then her next comment was make sure you don't steal any more of my fuckin' stuff this time. I go what? I realize that this is Dillan Lauren, the same girl from the set before." Vincent says she took the time to explain to Lauren what had happened on that set. "I said go through my stuff, please." As a peace offering, Vincent then offered Lauren an option to go through her suitcase and take anything she wanted.

"She continued to basically verbally abuse me," said Vincent. "There was other name callings and I called her a hahahaha. I stepped away from her. I talked to the director. I said there's a girl on the set here- her and I are not getting along. She has a real problem with me. I think we should stay apart otherwise there's going to be a problem. The director and everybody else didn't care because Showtime was filming this for Family Business. Showtime was getting ALL of this.

"They were filming this and saying it was the best stuff they ever got," Vincent continues. Vincent said she was going about her business and talking to Venus. "Venus was saying let it go. Whatever." Vincent said she was fine with that advice and sat down for lunch. That's when Lauren came up to her again, says Vincent.

"She started saying shit to me. She started yelling at me and telling me mean things, asking me why I was still in the business, that I looked old and ugly and what the fuck was I still doing here. All this kind of stuff. Quite frankly I'm surprised she's so interested in me and to know how long I've been in the industry and the fact that she's so insecure she needs to put someone else down. But I was getting a little pissed by her comments. Fuck you, fuck off. She kept going at me and screaming at me. I said, oh yeah? I was so mad I threw my burrito at her. It didn't hurt her and she was still keeping on it just to be rude, a bitch and trying to hurt me."

Having been burritoed, Lauren then grabbed Vincent, threw her down and began hitting her and kicking her.

"Basically beating me up," says Vincent. "I don't think she was technically beating me up because if I was to defend myself back, she wouldn't be beating me up," Vincent adds. "But I would love to have a lawsuit against her."

Vincent says Showtime continued to film as Lauren was supposedly grabbing Vincent's hair and throwing her on the ground.

"I've got bruises all over my body," says Vincent. "I hadn't lifted a finger against her because I know the law. I would rather sue her and collect her money then sink down to her level. I'm really upset and frazzled at this point. And I'm, like, you know, I'm gone. I'm leaving the set. I want my model release and my I.D.s. But I want that tape because I'm going to sue this girl. The Showtime people were so upset that I would take away this precious conflict in time. They're, like, we're not giving you your model release back. I don't want any part of this. I didn't film anything except our interview. They refused to give it to me and they said if I did not leave the property they would call the police. All the while they're still filming me without my permission. And she's outside going, oh yeah. I just kicked Ava Vincent's ass. Miss Lauren, no, you didn't kick my ass. If I was trying to fight you, you would lose."

According to what Vincent was told, Lauren went to the hospital shortly after the incident. "She was crying about her arm. I've got bruises all over my body. It's on film. I did not lift a finger. All I did was fall down and try to cover myself from her attacks."

Venus said she told Showtime to stop filming. "This is disrespectful. You need to quit that. Don't humiliate her and just let it be. They wanted the footage. It all boils down to that." Venus said while she knows Lauren, in passing, she doesn't hang out with her. "She was with Spiegler with awhile and gave Spiegler all kinds of problems. Bridgette had to chase her off a set one time. There's so many incidents where she's gotten in fights with girls. She basically has a bad attitude."

Venus said as she took Vincent home, Lauren was dramatizing the fact that her hand was hurt. "The thing that's pissing me off is that you don't go running around talking about people. That's immature. You're here to do a job. If you don't have the work ethic to hold your tongue, you shouldn't be there. The worst thing is that she was being very disrespectful to Ava. Dillan has been around for a year and a half and probably will not be around much longer being that her attitude is a bad thing. And it was very disrespectful in the way that Showtime kept on filming this. They enjoyed it. They were following with the camera. I went in and got in the middle of the fight. I heard this from the outside and thought it was dialogue. It was when the crew members started running that I ran in. It was just ridiculous. After I got Ava away from her Dillan was following her around."

Vincent thinks if Lauren is going to the hospital to attend to some fake injuries, she's probably got something up her sleeve. "I beat her up? It's all on tape, honey. I didn't lift a finger.

"She's an unprofessional, rude bitch," Vincent continues. "I can be difficult on sets and I'll admit that. But in all of the years that I've been in this business, I've never once, ever, been in a physical fight with someone, in my life, except with my brother growing up."

Vincent said some people may not like her because she's not into socializing and hanging out. "I need to be focused on what's going on and what's happening. But I was clear about what was happening. I was not fucking off or picking fights. I was just trying to be there. This girl came at me and this girl had a problem with something to prove and I'm going to be filing a police report."
