I have hosted with Split for almost 2 years now? I am not sure, its not even a big deal, but just the the same the support system does not work dude. I do not even have a user and password for the ticket system or any clue about what it should be.
It does not recognise [email protected], nor the password, nor did the system offer to send me the password. I am not expert on Hosting or even customer support but I do think a phone line should be available on that page you linked above.
I went to that page yesterday the day before and today. I clicked the live chat system and it hangs up on me boots me out of the room.

Sorry man, I think you guys can do better than hide behind antiquated automated processes that is appearently unreliable. I known you for a couple years Joel why did ya guys just turn everything off without even contacting me? Why didnt ya respond to my ICQ message? Whats so fucking hard about putting a business support phone number right on that page or ICQ contacts or just about anything but a broken java chat system with links that require a person to loggin?

What hoops do you need to go through? Our phone number is clearly listed on our website I do not understand what the issue is. Fact is you do not want to try anything other then ICQ and like I said no where did I tell you we offer 24/7/365 ICQ/AIM support.
