Have you tried calling the support number I left on the thread? No you have not. Have you tried calling the same number that is listed on our website? No you have not.
Have you tried registering a new user for the ticket system? I doubt it.
Fact is our support does not suck, we have customer's sending in tickets all the time and giving us phone calls.
Nothing in our support has changed from the name change Splitinfinity to Suavemente. It is the same staff + 3.
