She carried on a long relationship with the guy and only claimed it was rape after her dad discovered pictures of him and her. She was a month from being 16 at which time it is fully legal to give consent - hence the reason the court thru out her complaint. She's just crying foul for attention and to direct any responsibility for her own actions on to somebody else. Do you guys remember what it was like being 16? The sob story about her troubled life has merit and no doubt influenced her in making bad decisions since she didn't have any guidance. But claiming rape when you were engaging in consensual sex isn't right.
