    Sly ... I used to think the same way. But think about it. If doctors told you that herbal remedies were for real, you'd stop paying them to fix all your problems. Herbal remedies have been around for 1000's of years, way longer than western medicine.

    Its the same with RX companies. They'll never tell you about a natrual cure since that means you won't by their product. Its a billion dollar business.

    For example, Nexium the purple pill works. But I found a way to cure acid reflux on my own. I was prescribed Nexium by a gastrotologist (spelling). Then I studied some things and started my own treatment. I've been off Nexium for over a year and not had one problem since. All natural too.

        You're right. It is a billion dollar business. By switching to herbal "remedies" aren't you simply putting the money into a different pocket?

        I'm not paying anyone to "care for my colon" until I see a reason to. This mucous plaque, why haven't any doctors found it? What do they have to gain by not finding it? Absolutely nothing. Now these other guys, the "colon guys", they have everything to gain by finding it. Its their whole business.

        And yes, herbal remedies have been around for thousands of years longer than Western Medicine. And yet, today, the peak of Western Medicine, the average person is living well into their 70s. Not bad.

        I simply need more proof.

            First off, I grow a lot of my own herbs, so no, I'm not putting my money in other people pockets. Second, herbs are WAY cheaper than RX meds and doctor visits. Not even a close senerio.

            And there are legitimet Dr.'s that back this up. Not many but they are out there. Call your doctor and see what he/she says. You might be surprised.

            As for western medicine and living till your 70's .. yeay not bad. But we all know the human body was designed to live much longer.

            Look at the 2 countries that are over 80. Not the US. But places where their diets consist of mostly seafood, veggies and rice.
