I'd much rather have you for a neighbor than one of my previous ones then. They left their dog (which was in a too small space and rarely let out) to bark all day. And I am not exaggerating. When I tried to speak to them about it, I got told it was "too fucking bad if I didn't like it." I looked at those devices, and decided I shouldn't have to pay that much money so their animal would shut up. Agreed, and I take great pride in being a responsible dog owner, not letting them run loose or annoying the neighbors. Sometimes things happen though when you're not at home, or otherwise just don't notice. It's those cases when a helpful word or two from the neighbor comes in really handy and goes a long way to helping solve any problem that might be happening.Originally posted by SilentKnight
