I thought they had some large computer program that took forever to develop and at first was terrible, that monitors web sites such as GFY.... I forgot its name. lol, maybe im mistaken and making it up

Of course they do. It would be stupid not to. I think they mostly track subject matter like a scam or individuals. I'd be shocked if they didn't read all of Xanx's posts.
They prolly also scan the web using bots and searching for key words and phrases.
