Amen brother.
I always laugh when people tell me that they will give me some low ball number based on some evaluation site.
But... I find them entertaining all the same. The difference between this top one, and Smitty's was only off by $25,000. Even then, it's still low at $60k.
At least Smitty's was a bit closer.
