You aren't seeing the issue clearly at all. You are assuming that the kids in those parks are unattended or unescorted by a parent or guardian, and I'm not sure why you would do that. The law isn't to prevent all adults from being at those parks, it is to prevent adults who otherwise have no business being there from, well, being there. I'm quite certain there are plenty of adults there, who are there for legitimate reasons.
The law would seem to make it a tiny bit harder for pedos and would-be abductors of kids to operate freely, and it creates a situation where there is one less place for them to be where kids are. If that helps prevent even one kid from going missing or coming to harm I for one am all for it. If there are any "idiots" in this thread they are the ones opposing the law.
