I do not care how they are designed -for instance we have a park that is definitely for kids judging by play equipment. It also is right off of a common side walk. Park has a few tables, plenty of shade tree's, and water faucets. Now it gets hellish hot here, like 115 to 120 in the summers and shade to take a small break or even a water faucet can be a pretty good lure.
My issue would be simple really. If they are private parks that get ZERO city, county, state, or federal help/funding etc. then fine.
If not fuck the law.
I already pay property tax for schools I will not send kids to and other assorted shit. If I want to take a small rest in one of the few non cement or asphalt areas in my town and someone attempted to bar me because I did not have a kid, oh hell no.
