My point for those who just don't seem to want to get it is... rules like this are designed to make it just a little bit harder for pedos and would-be child abductors, thus in my view such rules are a good thing.
Forgive me but your post sounds like you are arguing against that. Why is that? Are you saying it would be better if society did nothing? Sorry but your reasoning is flawed in my view.
