    My Saleen Mustang for Sale on eBay (500+HP, SC, Conv, White, 1997)

    Sadly, I'm selling my baby and have put it up on eBay. Since I know a lot of your personally and know you like fast cars, You can check out the listing at:

    My reserve is currently set at $1 above the highest bidder ($12,002.69) which effectively removes it. The next bid makes the Saleen obtainable and could potentially win it.

    Some Key Specs on it (all else listed on site):

    *Vortech T-Trim supercharger at 8 lbs boost (only 1,000 miles on it)
    *Custom Rebuilt engine (also only 1,000 miles on the rebuild)
    *Tremec TKO Transmission (11,000 miles on it)
    *Original Budget Rental Car - Saleen considers these rare cars extremely valuable

    Vehicle is located in Charleston, SC
    Auction ends May 1, 2006 at 10:28pm EST

                                      $550 or $500 to ship from PA to Jersey? That's one hell of a bargain. I'm paying that to have mine put on a flatbed and brought to me and it's just 70 miles each way.

                                      It's a gorgeous car. Any rust issues? Mustangs are notorious for rust on the floor boards at the sides and near the gas tank.

                                      If I were into current Mustangs I'd definitely be looking more seriously at that, it's a real beauty. It's a real shame you can't hang onto it for a while. I'm sure you could get a better price through Hemmings.

                                                                              If you're interested, you should bid on it. It's still at $12,101.69 with slightly less than 3 days to go. You could be the high bidder; if not, it doesn't hurt to have more bids.

                                                                              Unless, I have a winner who doesn't pay, it will be sold (reserve already met). If that happens, though, I'll definitely hit you up. BTW, I kind of doubt the guy is going to take the buy-it-now price offer of $16K...just my intuition to go on, though.

                                                                                                  Actually, I've seen a white cobra with crome wheels. I wouldn't have thought it'd look good, but damn...it was pretty sharp. Me personally in sunny beach-land: ragtop all the way!
