I find that noobs post about "falling conversion rates... blah blah blah". I regularly convert programs at 1:250 RAWS and recently even have a program converting at 1:111 (for the month) RAWS. The only reason dumbasses have high conversion rates is because they are pushing the same programs as a million other webmasters OR pulling a straight up newb trick of putting all kinds of niches on their sites and expecting to make alot of sales.

Don't run a million sponsors on your new tgp. Don't start a multi-niche tgp if your a newb. Stick to specific niches that not everyone and their brother are promoting and only run a few sponsors on each tgp. BAM! Did that hurt your head?
