                                                                                                      it's a tax on the rest of the world that needs to stockpile dollars to buy oil. if we tank the value of those dollars, it basically taxes those countries and makes it more expensive for them to buy oil. as long as oil is priced in dollars, america will have economic hegemony.

                                                                                                      any country that threatens to start pricing in Euros will be a target.
