Just wondering as webmasters when does everyone usually sleep? I get about 4-5 hours sleep a night. between 3am and 7am.. I am so fucked up!

I can't fall asleep till about 6-8am lately. Wake up at 12-3. But tmrw I got to be up at 11 because the freaking maids are coming in and my girlfriend wants them to clean the bedroom.

It used to be 4 hours max for years.
Now it's more like 6-9 depending on what time I go to bed. I still get up at 7ish regardless of the time I went to sleep. Get work done. Take a nap. More work.

I get to sleep between 10:30pm and 11pm... and wake up around 6:30 or 7.
Sure, that's more sleep than your average webmaster, but honestly.. without it, I wouldn't get as much work done during the day.
