Cliff notes version
It's the end of the show. The producer want to play a clip of Stings new video. Bill is supposed to say something like "here is Sting to play us out by". Bill goes ape shit because he's confused by the wording and the teleprompter go blank before he gets finished. He says "what the fuck is 'play us out by' mean?", director tell him just to read the teleprompter he says "There's nothing on the fucking teleprompter" and so on for 1 good minute. The director is trying to tell him what he is supposed to say. Bill is still confused and angry. They try to do a couple of more takes and Bill fucks them up then screams in super ape shit mode. "We'll do it fucking live, I write the line my fucking self and it we'll do it live". A few seconds later he calmly says with a smile "And we end our show with a clip of Stings new video". Director calls cut. Bill goes into ape shit mode again with more f-bombs.Comment
