We shoot softcore. When the girl is sick she stays at home! Usually do not shoot those who are really desperate for money and able to do everything to get it.
In the other two cases - doesn´t happen often, but if it does, we shoot shower scene at first

1. Never happend.
2. Never, the models even amateur wash before every set. Outdoors we use water in 5 litters boutles to be it clean.
3. Sometimes smells, yes, even after shower.

We shoot soft, and never had any of those issues.

The main things we get are as follows..

-People begging for shoots because they need money. Our response is, don't cal lus. We'll call you.

-Sunday shoots they are always late, and hung over because they were out until 4 a.m. the night before.. KNOWING they had to get up early, and look pretty (since they are supposed to be a MODEL). Our response, if they are more than 15 minutes late. We tell them not to bother showing up. Even if in route. If they have dark circles under their eyes, or are sick when they walk in. We send them home with no pay.

-Some have shown up high as a kite where their eyes are rolling back in their heads. Our response, we have to send them home.

-They show up for a photoshoot, knowing how long they are supposed to be there, in the middle they get a call, and want to leave for drinks with their home girls, or new boytoy. Our response, they are docked in pay, get pissed, and leave.

Those are just some off the top of my head. But if we had your three, we'd send them home.
