Mexico needs money. Mexico sells a portion of it's land to Isreal. Isreal can afford it and Mexico needs the money. This hits 2 birds with 1 stone. Once New Isreal is founded the Mexicans can learn from the Isreali's get more jobs.

On top of that New Isreal would be a perfect deterrant for the more militant nations of South America. This plan would make peace in the middle east, solidify future defense networks in the America's, provide Economic growth to the South American Hemisphere!

John Stewart already suggested that to an extent, sorry but you can't claim to have invented Middle East peace..
