And yet on 13 Feb 08 he voted against
H.R. 2082 which would require the intelligence community to abide by the same standards as articulated in the Army Field Manual and bans waterboarding.
Thanks for proving my point that he has lost his bearings and abandoned whatever principles he had in a desperate bid to become president.
