When I was a police officer, I carried a chemical weapon on my belt every day I went to work. Oleoresin capsicum. Causes chemical burns, and can also cause blisters to sensitive mucous membranes. I guess someone should call the Hague on me, and indict me for possessing an illegal weapon of mass destruction.
