Saddam had no nuclear capabilities and even if he did fucking pakistan, indian, and north korea also have them already.
Iran take Iraq? Um really think that would of happened with Saddam still in charge?
Iraq was not in chaos until we invaded them. There also was no terrorist threat to us in Iraq until after we invaded them and they came there or were initiated.
