Now that you got your paysite up, why not build some free sites.
Just to send traffic (PPC, SE, TGP, etc) to your paysite. You can promote other sites as well. Make some cash, give surfers more options, and compare your conversion ratio against proven programs with the same traffic. This will allow you to tweak your tour until your conversion ratios are where they need to be.
Also sites that require email verification and get access to partial pic sets and shorter vid clips and upsell to full membership at you paysite.
