You talk like your a baller with all this experience and yet I dont see your ass in the nba, what point are you trying to make. We are talking about kobe and james and not king moron
you were putting his b'ball IQ done...and what he was doing was called making a point. Something you haven't been able to do in this entire thread.
And I love you my brotha. Is the knee good now. I'm coming to LA for a week and I'd love to shoot around with ya. Maybe we can put together a LA webmaster game
I already won that arguement with you. Thats over ... you proved nothing.
So now I'm on to basketball IQ ... you know you love the shoes
Nice shoes yes but about winning the argument no way.
You said that shaq, horry and fisher won the championships and that kobe added a little help, that was what triggered that comment(Your basketball IQ is low), you make it seemed like kobe is a roll player in those championship years, are you serious?
I agree with your statement about Nash ... Marion was just as importan.
But saying that if Cleveland would have finished stronger just shows you aren't following the game. Cleveland finished as one of the hottest teams in the league. The finished with the 3rd best record in the East and the 5th best record in the NBA .... to most knowledgeable people, that is all considered a strong finish.
I just meant that a 50-32 record in the East is equivalent to about a 42 win season in the west, the East was horrible again this year. They win 56+ and Lebron's case is stronger. Did you play ball at an AZ high school? I played at McClintock back in the day and then college ball over in so cal. I just moved back to the Valley and think I'm not far from you.

ummm...no. That's a fact lol. Put anyone in his place that could have scored a consistant 15-20 a game and they would have been fine without Kobe.

He wasn't supposed to be a roll player and I'm not saying that he was supposed to be one ... all I'm saying is that his TEAMMMATES had a bigger impact than he did. Both Horry and Fisher won huge and I mean huge games for them. If they didn't make those shots, the Lakers may not gotten to the championship and won them all.
Listen, Kobe is a very talented player no doubt. But there is more to shooting, points, and getting to the line to be considered a MVP and one of the best.
Team moral is just as important. Kobe is a rat. He ratted out Shap about some chick. He fucked a white trash chick from Colorado while he already had a smokin hot wife. Most players in the league don't like him and wouldn't want to play with him.
You ask all the players in the league who they would rather play with ... Lebron or Kobe. I'll bet anything that Lebron will win that vote hands down. Thats a true MVP my friend

They would have won 56+ games if Hughes was healthy...and the west isn't the west of seasons past.
Cleveland has beat all the big teams in the west...they can play with anyone. It's not often you see them get blown out of the water.
Arizona paper reported it this morning, claiming anon sources.
You guys that come down on Kobe, you should watch him play a bit closer. He may not be well liked, however saying he isn't as good as Lebron or Nash is crazy. Even Lebron admitted that. Look at Lebron's mistakes yesterday. Kobe is a well polished prime time, post season player.
agreed, but. the nba is a TEAM sport, something Kobe would do well to learn.

Yeah it's true...and Kobe will never win another until he learns what team play is.
That's why he isn't MVP...take off 3-4 of those points and tac on 2-3 more assists a game...and he would be getting handed a trophy this year.
If there was any discrimination in this years MVP voting...I think it's that LeBron James is 21. He's 25 and does what he did this year...it would have been his.

Your right he is not a very social person, All I am saying is that he deserves the mvp because he led his team in the playoffs single handedly. He might be a ballhog and shoot all day but I would want him to shoot every shot because his teammates suck.

Ok, well James had better numbers...wasn't a ballhog and lead his team to the playoffs. So why doesn't he get it? I'm confused.

Tell me the truth ... who would you rather have on your team ... Kobe or Lebron?
And take into consideration all aspects of the game. Shooting, assists, rebounds, blocks, steals and team moral.
They both got their team to the playoffs and both teams would be shit without their star. But Lebron lead his team to a much better playoff spot .. did he not?

One more fact, Lebron has a better center and better players with him
LeBron is the greatest player in the history of the game at his age of only 21...and an excellant team player.
You are dumb or just have to admit you don't follow the game enough. No offense, that's just how the cookie crumbles.
I guess we just have to wait and see what happens in the future, But I hope one day we can bump this thread with a better look and compare the 2 further
I'm done with you. MVP doesn't mean clutch and I don't think Kobe is any better. I've seen Lebron make plenty of clutch shots.
You didn't read any of my post. You are just posting away to post.
An MVP is a team leader and has the big numbers in multiple catagories.
Ask the same question to any professional player or coach and they would pick Lebron over Kobe almost everytime.
You just know nothing. I'm not trying to be mean, but you really are an idiot when it comes to this. You have not made one valid point.
Look james has better players on his team thats why they have a better seed in the playoffs, Lakers are horrible without kobe, odom is ok but not an all-star kwane is still confused parker sucks should I go on. Kobe has no one to pass the ball to so he shoots more....nothing wrong with that

If the Lakers had been in the East they would have finished with the 5th seed, so not much different than Cleveland's 4th. If you simply look at pure overall stats I'd probably give the nod to Lebron. The only clear difference I saw this year was that Kobe led the league in 4th quarter scoring and had a number of game winning shots. The first 3/4 of the season Lebron seemed to crumble under pressure late in games, in one instance going 0/8 from the field and 0/8 from the line in the 4th of one big game. Its also not fair to continue with the who would you pick if you were a gm comparison, Lebron is only 21, he's going to have the upside on everyone.

I'm done sitting back and watching you talk about something you know nothing about. Lets see who's team does better this year and years to come.
And Kobe -- whenever you want to play a little one on one, lets do it. Just gotta wait till I win my championship and get some rest. I know you'll be getting plenty of rest since the Suns are going to knock you out.

Yo Axle .. I apprecaite your passion for Kobe .. but come on nigga. We both know I got that ball hog beat by a mile.
You'd really rather have him then me on your team. Are you on meth or somethin
Yo Lebron I think you got mad skills and have lots of game but the only reason I gotto go with kobe is hes proven himself as a great player, your only 21 years old you will have a tremendous career and I really hope that you do win a championship.

Well thanks for the good wishes, I mean that.
But just remember, at 21 I have done way more then Kobe did at 21 and I have the records to prove it.
