Wow so you jump to the idea that somehow its a fraudulent charge at a mind numbing 9.99 using your card. You would think that if someone wanted to rip you off they would at least hit a higher billing site eh?
Could never be that perhaps one of the software companies used ccbill?
PS, there are no merchant accounts in ccbill that it came from. CCbill is a third party processor. They have the merchant accounts.
