I doubt that HIGHLY ... I mean it's NOT porn but I heard $200 - $300 per set ... that's not horrible!
I'm sure there are up and coming pornstars taking gooey loads in their eye for that much!
30 year exclusive also sounds suspisious?

for. They will be on the website for as long as it
stands, they may be used for advertising, they may be

surprising if they suddenly found that their images

I just don't know how to answer that!
This package is fully 2257 compliant
How'd that work?

I'm interested in this content, but unless I hear the story of how this content happens to be for sale...how Suicide Girls was stupid enough to let this happen...I'm not in a hurry to buy. I've purchased too many of these GFY content packages in the past only to find out later that I had purchased stolen content or the rights were being disputed in court. Then I was out the cash and had to take the content down...a big fucking pain.
I guess I'll wait a few weeks and see if anyone that has purchased this content is being sued by Suicide Girls or not. One thing I can tell people purchasing this content, don't use the words "Suicide Girls" on your sites. That's copyright/trademark infringement.Comment

I have the legal rights to market this package on behalf of the company i'm working with
THEY have the rights to License it because they acquired said rights.
In a couple weeks i'll probably be raising the price to $600 or $700 - it won't last long at this price.
... and you're right about the copyright/trademark infringement too ... the license states:
[01] Grant of License, General Terms.
Licensor owns the rights to distribute the Product named above. In accordance with this agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to distribute images on their website(s). Licensor retains titles and ownership of the Product, and gives up no legal rights as part of this agreement. Licensee acknowledges that unauthorized reproduction of copies of the licensed material may constitute a serious crime, and that such actions may also result in a suit for damages, injunctive relief, and attorney fees, pursuant to this agreement and to other rights that the licensor may have. It is understood, not withstanding any other provisions of this agreement, licensor has the unequivocal right to obtain timely injunctive relief to protect its' proprietary rights. Licensee MAY NOT use any Suicide Girls name, logo or trademarks anywhere on Licensee's website(s) or otherwise.Last edited by J$tyle$; 04-25-2006, 10:18 AM.Comment

Heh, that makes sense. Raise the price AFTER the content gets saturated and a bunch of people have it plastered all over their sites. Now if you raise the price to $1,000 but expand the license to include FHGs or something, then I could understand an increase.Comment

This is not a money making tactic for SG, but a threat to the current models, and a punishment for the ones who have spoken out against them. I hope it's worth whatever payoff everybody is getting for this. I would advise that you research all of the scandal that SG has been involved in, and the site itself wont even keep a topic up recognizing that they are doing this. I sure hope the payoff is worth the disgusting exploitation that most of these girls have been through/are going through for the flesh you are receiving.Comment

You listed 10 girls, there should be 20 right? Do they all have sites of their own now? If so, this seems like a great package that can be used to promote their own sites with at least. If they have their own sites or featured elsewhere that they can profit from this, why not list it? This thread is filled with people looking to push this certain style of content. This would be a great place to show them where to send their traffic.Originally posted by photo_slaveThis is all very nice and typical of Suicide girls, they are selling pictures of girls that have left or forced off the site in bad terms (mostly)

SG Responds to this sale?
http://suicidegirls.com/boards/Everything+SG/95201/Apr 25, 2006 12:41 PM
We are investigating a number of sites that appear to be selling suicidegirl images online. WE ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. We have been exploring the mobile space and working with distribution partners to allow people to access content on their phones and some of these photo collections looks similar to some of the images we have put together but this is not one of the intended uses. We will investigate and get to the bottom of it. If you find a site with SG imagery on it, please email me, [email protected], with a link so i can pursue.
Please do not post about these sites here, as we do not want to increase their google ranking and/or drive traffic to them.
thanks!

Apnea's program is at:
I am well aware of apnea's site, and I didn't name all of the ex models on there, I believe Tegan is on there as well. I know one of the girls on there has been fighting to get her pictures back from SG since 2003. Some of them left and modeled for other sites, and some just wanted to live normal lives. However increasingly impossible that may be due to programs such as these. Some of these girls not only have to deal with the fact that there pictures are being sold without any permission, or royalty rate what-so-ever (hell they aren't even allowed to log on to the site to see their own naked ass) but are now being sued by Suicidegirls themselves, knowing full well that the majority of them cannot afford to defend themselves, however bullshit the complaint may be, claiming that it owns their image forever, prohibiting them from modeling for other sites. Sure it might serve some people well in promoting their own business, but for some, mistakes made when they were young, are becomming increasingly harder to disguise or make up. Especially when the promises were to be no affiliates, nothing of this sort. I would read up on the scandal. (google Suicide girls and law suits, suicide girls and exploitation you'll get a good read) Blue Blood has a really good affiliate program, I would recomend going through them, as they are actual willing participants and are not getting exploited by false promises of a misogynist site owner. Such in the case of the suicidegirls. they also get a cut of anything that is licensed out.
Not that I expect this to change your mind, but I can guarantee you that the majority of these girls would not want this to be happening. Maybe not all, but most.

You are talking about a woman who takes down Sicily's picture and keeps it with her when she is interviewing about any of the scandal and cries for reporters (EVERY TIME) when she doesn't give a rats ass about Sicily. She's about as manipulative as they come. She wrote that because people kept bringing this up, and they kept killing the topic. sure because it's every little girls dream to have their face next to cum shots when they throught they were modeling for a female empowered pin up site. 20 girls, doesn't cover it. Have you looked how many girls are in the archive? What this is would be the 20 most popular/vocal archived models (aka most of the archived burlesque tour is there, and most of the people who participated in any media pieces), so what you are looking at is a form of a punishment. 30 models left in the month of september alone. I would go check out the archive there are over 100 girls there. But you know, go on with your bad self and sell pictures of girls who would give their right arm to have the rights to their pictures back had they known they were going to be treated this way. I guess it makes it okay because they are over 18, of age, but not willing.Comment

There's enough information about the history of SG on GFY alone for most reasonable people to draw the conclusion that yes of course there isn't any legal issues with this but there are definitely moral ones.
That's my 2 cents-

Your response is pretty typical of a lot of models that decide to "go out on their own". Whether they very popular or one of 1000+ models that appear on a site that charges admission - in my experience I've seen girls say "WTF?!?! If I did my own site I'd get to keep all the $!"
That's very admirable - most can't "make it" though ... they don't have the technical or marketing ability.
It seems YOU have ALL the ABILITY ... you have the LOOKS and CHARACTER too - and see that the "PRESS" works to your advantage and drives traffic. That's smart business!
KUDOS to you for that, Apnea!
