DTICash rocks. Their affiliate program site looks like crap, but they convert Japanese and Korean traffic better than any other program out there. They've been paying me on time for over 5 years now.

I could be wrong but I think DTI Cash is owned by the same people that run the hosting company DTI Services.

Other than that, don't see any other sites run by them. Might want to Google around for DTI Services Inc or 'International Payment Resources' (that's the name on their cheques)

It lists a few of the DTI Cash sites, but seems to have some others. I don't have the Japanese character set installed on my computer, but it looks like it mentions:
