A Big FUCK OFF to the Toronto Coordinator

I submitted my name to get into the Toronto Webmaster party (3 weeks in advance). I received an e-mail saying I needed to send in my url to confirm I am an adult webmaster, which I did. I never recieved an e-mail after that to confirm my spot.

To who ever it was that was running that....

FUCK OFF BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

Please learn how to run such an event next time DICK HEAD!!!!!

I was still able to get a guest on the list 3 days before the party without any troubles at all !!!

If you never heard back from anybody, why not pick up the freaking phone and call one of the sponsors ... whose contact info can be very easily found by even an idiot !!!

For you to come here and flog the Toronto party like this, only proves your ignorance and stupidity.

200 webmasters had a really great time, and you want to slag the promoters, because YOU were not on the ball enough to follow thru on your request for an invite ???

If there were "ASSHOLE POST OF THE WEEK" prize, I think you have definately earned that prize this week !!!

I'm starting to wonder what the average age of the so-called "webmasters" here. I see a lot of name-calling, gratuitous cussing, and lack of anger management here (I mean overall in this webmaster board).

There are some people here who can hold a grown-up conversation, but we have many, many people here who operate at the 13 year old (and sometimes the 2 year old) emotional level. People say things in relative anonymity that they wouldn't dare say face to face for fear of getting a vigorous kick in the nuts or getting their face rearranged.

Why not talk to other people here as though you were actually in the same room with them and you had grown up and learned how to interact with other people.

I think I'll post this as a main topic as well.

Pete the show was put on by Hosts 4 Porn.com this event was put together last minute.

Two weeks these guys put together an event for 200 people all 100% free alcohol, food, and music at the b-side night club.

For the ammount of time they had to put this together, they did an incredible job.

Platinum Bucks was one of the sponsors at the event, you could have contacted me I woulda got you on the list no problem.

You really should not shoot your mouth off about not getting an invitation, instead you shoulda just emailed them again, or emailed one of the sponsors, emails do get lost.

Next event in Toronto in October, at the Holiday Inn at DVP and Eglinton.

In October its not a private party its a convention type atmosphere that is free also.

Their are panels of people talking, giving information, free breakfast and dinner.

Its run by the same organisers as the Windsor show, Great Lakes Webmasters

At least it was all free in Windsor.

Boy are you in for a rude surprise. There is not too much difference between 17 and 18 in NV, except one year closer to being legal. Probably worse thinking I am a man let me in, but to no avail. Bummer, only 3 more years to go.
