It was just them backing up NATS - it was only down for 10 min

We had to run a 10 min backup of the NATS database which backs up affilate sales data. Its all back up now sorry for the inconvience.

We had a small error that affected 1 or 2 sites, it is being worked on now.

Why do you have to take your server down to backup data?
